Accessory Decoder troubleshooting 101

Try reprogramming the accessory decoders first, ignoring that they may already have an address. The new programming automatically overwrites the old.

For switch machines, you need to determine if it is the switch machine itself or the DCC accessory decoder it is being controlled by. Swap the machine with a different (known good) switch machine on the SAME accessory decoder channel.
