Cabs and Cab Bus items Fail After Command Station Reset

NCE has identified the following issue regarding using cab bus items with a Powercab, SB3, SB3a or SB5.

Some users may experience a communication loss to a cab or cab bus device such as AIU, USB, Packet Analyzer, Mini Panel after resetting the command station to factory settings.
