Cannot use the "Select" button. Old Style Consist in use.

You have created an old-style Consist that needs to be killed before you can proceed with selecting a different loco.  First, you need to understand the differences between advanced consisting and old-style (brute-force) consisting. Pressing "select" gives you this.

Press "clear" in consist row of buttons

Press 1 for yes.

Now you have a regular LOC screen and the "select" button can be used

With the message  "Cannot "Select" Old Style Consist in use, press the "CLEAR" button in the consist row of buttons on the keypad. 

The screen message will read " KILL CON?"

Press 1 for yes
