A manual driver installation is usually unnecessary for Windows 10 or 11. Remove ALL the jumpers off the USB board. The NCE system and the USB device must be plugged in and powered on for the PC to install the driver. Uninstall McAfee or other AV software before trying to install a driver. Look in the Windows update section, the advanced update section, the optional driver update section, and the Windows optional update sections. Install everything in all sections. Keep rebooting as required and checking these sections until they're both empty and up to date.
*Note: You may need to temporarily uninstall McAfee or other antivirus software that prevents automatic installation of software drivers.
